Payment Policy: 

A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure the dates and cover the booking fees;

Prices and availability will be valid for 14 days from date quoted, unless otherwise stated. 

The balance will be due for payment before commencement of the trip, unless prior arrangement were made in this regard.

Cancellation Policy

100% deposit forfeited if cancelled with out prior notification.

A deposit may be carried over to reschedule a trip, with prior confirmation and agreement there off.
